If you have never registered on this site, I do not process your data in any way and therefore reading the following may not be helpful.

As you almost certainly know, the ability to afford proprietary servers to which you have exclusive access and on which to publish your websites is a prerogative reserved for a few very large companies in the world. All other websites are hosted on servers made available, for a fee, by the Host Providers. On each server there can also be thousands of websites. Of course, this website is based on a Host Provider. Therefore all the data manipulated by the site are stored on computers to which I have no direct access and which I can not respond (but this applies to almost all websites on the planet).
Some data is also stored on servers of third-party companies, whose servers may also be outside the European Union.
For all these reasons, there are more than one data controller and they are listed below:

3. Purpose of processing of collected data
The User Data are collected to allow the site to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Contact the User, Managing addresses and sending email messages, Interaction with social networks and external platforms, Commercial affiliation, Commentary on contents, Management of RSS feeds and Statistics. The types of Personal Data used for each purpose are indicated in the specific sections of this document.
3.1 Social Network Plugins
This site may incorporate plugins and/or buttons for social networks, in order to allow easy sharing of content on your favorite social networks. These plugins are programmed so as not to set any cookies when accessing the page, to safeguard the privacy of users. Eventually cookies are set, if so provided by social networks, only when the user makes actual and voluntary use of the plugin. 3.2.1 Mailing List or Newsletter
With the registration to the mailing list or to the newsletter, the email address of the User is automatically inserted in a list of contacts to which email messages containing information, also of a commercial and promotional nature, relative to this Site may be transmitted. The email address of the User could also be added to this list as a result of the registration to this Site or after having made a purchase.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”;). Google uses the Personal Data collected for the purpose of tracking and examining the use of this Site, compiling reports and sharing them with other services developed by Google.
Google may use your Personal Data to contextualize and customize ads in its advertising network.

3.3.2 Online shopping

3.4 Payment management
Payment management services allow this Site to process transactions by credit card, bank transfer or other means. The data used for payment are acquired directly by the operator of the payment service requested without being in any way processed by this Site. Some of these services could also allow the scheduled sending of messages to the User, such as e-mails containing invoices or notifications regarding payment.
3.4.1 PayPal (Paypal)
PayPal is a payment service provided by PayPal Inc., which allows the User to make donations or payments online using their PayPal credentials.

4. Recipients of Personal Data Collected
Personal data released to this website is not shared with anyone for any reason.
5. Method, place and period of treatment of the collected data
5.1 Treatment modes
The Owner processes the Personal Data of the Users adopting the appropriate security measures aimed at preventing the unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of the Personal Data.
The processing is carried out by means of computer and/or telematic tools, with organisational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, categories of persons in charge of the organisation of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (such as third party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) appointed also, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Data Controller may have access to the data.
5.2 Location
Data are processed at the headquarters of the owner. In particular, the data of the site database and email addresses are stored at the datacenter of the web hosting. The web hosting (Aruba S.p.A. - via San Clemente, 53 - 24036 Ponte San Pietro (BG)), which is responsible for data processing, processing data on behalf of the holder, is located in the European Economic Area and acts in accordance with European standards. 5.3 Times
Data are processed for the time necessary to carry out the service requested by the User or requested by the purposes described in this document. However, the User may request the interruption of the Processing or the cancellation of the Data at any time.
6. Access to your personal data
If you have registered on the website, you have the right to request a copy of your data owned by me. You can also request its modification, integration or removal. In case of removal the Data may remain in old backup copies up to 30 days from the date of deletion.
7. Complaint to the Control Authority
